They had a lovely swimming pool area, perfect for letting the kids play safely while we relaxed. The staff were really nice and helpful. made everything feel a lot easier and enjoyable for us.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Dec 23scenic walkheated poolparking fees
The location is a solid pick for anyone near Stanford, just a short walk through scenic eucalyptus trees. The heated outdoor pool area provides a nice escape for relaxation after a long day.
Parking fees caught me off guard, and not having a microwave in the room meant I had to request one, which felt inconvenient. The lack of on-site dining options is a real head-scratcher for a hotel like this, especially when trying to gather a quick meal. Plus, I found the room temperature control a bit finicky. it took a while to get it to a comfortable setting. The overall vibe felt dated, and some amenities just didn't match what I expected from the price tag.

missingWrote a review on Nov 01spacious roomcomfortable bedrecently updated bathroomcramped spaceloud door closing
The room was pretty spacious and had a really comfortable bed. I liked the mini-fridge and coffee maker too. The bathroom seemed recently updated, which was cool. Only downside was the room was a bit cramped for two people to move around, and the doors closed loudly, which was kind of annoying at times.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and willing to help, making check-in smoother than expected. However, the check-in process had its glitches, and the rooms were on the smaller side. The location is ideal, but some areas felt outdated and could use refurbishment.

Welcoming staff and great location
I had a wonderful time enjoying the immaculate and spacious room that faced a lovely garden area with soothing waterfall sounds. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even better, and the heated outdoor pool was fantastic for relaxing. However, I did notice that the room cleaning could be improved, as it often wasn't done until late in the afternoon.

During my short stay, I appreciated the ease of access to local attractions, especially Stanford University and the nearby shopping center. The pool area was a fabulous spot for relaxation after my busy days. Although I faced some minor issues with the room's air conditioning being too cold and external noise disrupting my sleep, overall, the attentive staff and comfortable setting made my visit enjoyable.

The huge LCD TV and comfy king bed made our stay enjoyable, and we loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and sun terrace after a long day. The location is super convenient as well, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions. Just wish the parking fee wasn’t an extra charge, but it didn't really take away from our experience. 🌞

missingWrote a review on Jul 21heated poollive musicconvenient locationthin walls
Location near Stanford is a major perk, making it great for quick visits or business. The heated pool area creates a nice vibe to unwind after a long day, especially with live music during happy hour.
Faced several issues during the stay, starting with inconsistent room temperatures that made it uncomfortable to settle in. The bathrooms felt worn and desperately need renovations—not ideal after a long day. Also, the walls are thin, letting in bothersome noise from adjacent rooms and hallways, which can disturb your peace. Parking fees are an unwelcome surprise that adds to an already steep price tag.
